The wet parts of the submersible slurry pump are made of Cr27+Mo high chromium alloy material, known for its excellent wear resistance, with a hardness up to 65HRC.

Traditionally,The wetted parts of the submersible slurry pump are made of Cr27+Mo high chromium alloy material, known for its excellent wear resistance, with a hardness up to 65HRC.The oil chamber, motor casing and cable cover of submersible slurry pumps are made of cast iron materials. While cast iron has good wear resistance, it has poor corrosion resistance, which presents a challenge for corrosive working conditions.

To solve this problem, we redesigned wet paarts, oil chamber, motor housing and cable cover of the pump. These components are now manufactured in SS316 material for superior corrosion resistance.
