ZJD Horizontal Slurry Pump

ZJD series slurry pump is a new generation of high-efficiency wear-resistant energy-saving slurry pump, the series of pumps using the international advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory, according to the principle of minimum loss design, the geometry of its overflow components in line with the flow state of the medium, reducing the vortex and impact and other local and along the hydraulic loss, thereby reducing the wear of overflow components, improve the hydraulic efficiency, reduce the operating noise and vibration; the series of pumps overflow The series of pump overflow parts are made of high hard alloy cast iron, which has high anti-wear, anti-corrosion and anti-impact properties, thus increasing its life. In addition, the series pump adopts power pressure reduction to ensure that the slurry is not easy to leak.

Pump head structure: the pump body adopts single-layer pump casing; the pump outlet position can be installed at 45. intervals, rotating 8 different positions for use.
Bracket structure: horizontal center-opening type; suspension type.
Shaft seal type: sub impeller power seal + packing seal; packing seal; mechanical seal.

Applications

ZJD series slurry pump can be widely used in mining, metallurgy, electric power, coal, chemical industry, building materials and other industries, conveying abrasive and corrosive slurry containing solid particles, the maximum weight concentration of solid-liquid mixture: 45% of gray slurry, 60% of slurry. The series of slurry pump specifications are complete, can be used in direct connection, belt, hydraulic, frequency conversion speed control and other transmission types, but also according to user needs in series or parallel operation.
