High Head Horizontal Slurry Pump

The ZJB series high head horizontal slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever centrifugal pump. It comes in various specifications based on outlet diameter, including 500mm, 450mm, 400mm, 350mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, and more. This pump boasts excellent wear resistance, a wide range of models for easy selection, and is suitable for high-flow, high-head applications. It features innovative hydraulic and structural designs, with the impeller blade count adaptable to different working conditions. It’s ideal for transporting sand with varying solid particle sizes, highly abrasive slurries, ash slurry, tailings, slag, and more. It can achieve a uniform concentration of up to 60% for solid-liquid mixtures, making it a great choice for sand pumping and transport. Users can operate it as a standalone unit or in series to achieve long-distance construction goals.

Key Features and Advantages:

The pump body features a double-layer metal structure, with a vertically split pump casing for enhanced safety, and the discharge outlet can be rotated at 45-degree intervals.
The flow-through components are cast from high-chromium abrasion-resistant alloy, offering energy efficiency, wear resistance, and reliable operation.
Shaft seals are available in various types to suit different working conditions, including expeller, packing seals, and mechanical seals.
It utilizes a closed impeller with excellent wear resistance and high pump efficiency.
The pump can be driven either directly or by belt transmission, rotating clockwise when viewed from the prime mover’s direction.
Adjusting the number of blades and impeller diameter allows the transport of mixtures with few large particles.
It has a strong suction capability, reaching depths of up to 35 meters underwater.
It offers high head capabilities, with certain models achieving up to 100 meters of head.
It provides high flow rates, with large flow capacities of up to 2000 cubic meters per hour.
With a variety of models available, it’s convenient to select the appropriate one for different working conditions.

Application

It finds widespread applications in dredging rivers, lakes, seas, and reservoirs, mining sand, coastal land reclamation, sand blowing and land filling, power plant fly ash transport, conveying metallurgical tailings, and various industries like hydropower, electricity, mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemicals, food, and wastewater treatment.
